- Brewing equipment in original packaging
- Accessories and merchandise
- Defective or damaged items (any condition)
- Wrong items shipped by mistake
Return Timeframe
- Standard returns: 30 days from delivery
- Defective items: 90 days from delivery
- Holiday purchases: Extended to January 31st
Condition Requirements
- Items must be in original packaging
- Include all accessories and documentation
- Food items must be unopened and sealed

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are refundable only if the return is due to our error. Return shipping is free when using our prepaid labels.

We offer exchanges for defective items, wrong sizes, or if you received the wrong product. For other exchanges, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order to ensure faster processing.
