How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Can I change my shipping address?

Address changes are possible before your order ships. Contact us immediately at hello@roastandsteep.com or call 1-800-ROAST-TEA.

What if my package is damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll process a replacement or refund immediately.

 

Do you ship on weekends?

We don’t process orders on weekends, but some carriers deliver on Saturdays for Express and Overnight shipments.

Can I expedite my order?

Yes, you can upgrade to Express or Overnight shipping by contacting us within 2 hours of placing your order.

What about international customs?

International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes. These fees are not included in our shipping costs.
